ShoddyTune is the Android companion surface for ShoddyHubHardware. It replaces the former MicroTune lane from ShoddyScan so tuning review, sample-data ingest, and hardware-facing workflows can mature in a dedicated app.

Alpha release Android companion ShoddyHubHardware API No flash/write tooling

Introduces ShoddyTune as the Android companion surface for ShoddyHubHardware.
Replaces the former MicroTune feature set that previously lived inside ShoddyScan.
Supports evaluation and sample-data ingest through the ShoddyHubHardware API for alpha-stage review.
Keeps the safety boundary explicit: flash and write tooling are not part of this alpha build.

Current direction

ShoddyTune is meant to be the focused app surface for tuning review and hardware-facing workflows. ShoddyScan stays diagnostics-first, while ShoddyTune carries the tuning companion work forward with clearer scope and safety boundaries.

What this alpha is not

It is not a public promise of broad ECU compatibility.
It is not flash tooling.
It is not direct write tooling.
It does not weaken the safety posture that MicroTune work originally required.
